Hoy arreglaron rápidamente la rueda pinchada de la bicicleta de mi hijo. Yago fue muy amable, cercano y atento desde el primer momento. Se nota que le gusta su trabajo.

Además, nos invitó a mí y a mis hijos a las rutas de mountain bike de los sábados por la mañana, un detalle muy bonito.

He helped me solve my valve issue and, despite the misunderstanding with selling the wrong inner tube, he insisted on refunding the money himself. If you live or are staying in Alicante, you don't need to bring your bike to the workshop: we collect it from your door and bring it back repaired for €25 each way (€15 each way in Sant Joan d'Alacant). Frequently asked questions

How much does a tune-up cost?

It depends on the condition of the bike and which parts need replacing. That is why we check it first and give you a quote before we repair anything.

Can you fix a puncture while I wait?

A puncture is usually a quick job, and some customers have mentioned getting theirs fixed the same day. It is best to call +34 624 03 69 34 first and we will tell you how busy the workshop is.

Do you repair every type of bike?

We work on mountain, road, city and children's bikes, and we work with all brands. If yours is unusual or has uncommon components, tell us by phone.

Can I ask a question before bringing the bike in?

Yes. Call us, tell us what is wrong and we will point you in the right direction. After we have looked at the bike, we can also go through the quote by phone.

Can you collect my bike from where I am staying?

Yes. We collect and deliver in El Campello from €10, in Sant Joan d'Alacant for €15 each way, and in Alicante for €25 each way. Call us and we will arrange it.

Do you repair children's bikes?

Yes. One customer told us on Google that we quickly fixed the punctured wheel on his son's bike. For any other fault, bring it in and we will take a look.

Can I wait while you fix my bike?

For simple jobs, such as replacing a chain, a customer has been able to wait at the workshop. Whether it is possible depends on the fault, so message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

How often should I have my bike serviced?

It depends on how much you ride and where. As a general rule, have the brakes, drivetrain and tyres checked regularly rather than waiting for something to fail. Tell us how you use your bike and we will advise you.

Do you do bike fitting?
